Led by dynamic and passionate President Joseph Danz, Boston Exterior Remodeling is proud to offer a wide selection of home improvement services. We put our heart into every project, and find particular inspiration from the uniqueness and crafted details of historic architecture. Raised in Boston, where he continues to live today, Joe has an artistic eye that he drew him to begin woodworking and restoring furniture at an early age.

Although we officially established ourselves in 2015, our team has been cultivating skills for decades.With Joe’s expertise he is able to work with customers from the planning stages and guide them through the process to exceed their expectations when the project is finished. His customers truly appreciate his leadership qualities, energy, availability, and his dedication to their projects.

Joe holds a high standard for his company and has chosen a trustworthy team of exceptionally talented fine finish carpenters, structural framers, painters, and cabinet builders.

Joe and his team helped me winterize my house in no time! I live in an older farm house and after years of reglazing, fiddling with weights and chains, and putting plastic up every winter with a heat gun just to keep the cold out, I was on the hunt for a new setup.They walked me through all the options, provided a reasonable timeline and removed and replaced my old weighted windows with beautiful modern windows that still fit the aesthetic of my home while providing a much better seal against the cold.This will be the first winter in a decade I don't have to cover my windows in plastic and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Boston Exterior!

Team performed excellent work with a recent remodel and roof replacement. Appreciated the transparency regarding timeline, scope of work, and project costs. Met deadlines and kept owners in the loop regarding schedule changes outside of their control. Highly recommend and will be using for future projects.

I have had Boston exteriors do multiple jobs at my house. They are always the first and only call I make. Make no mistake about it, they are by far the most responsive and provide the best customer service in the industry. I had them install siding on the front of my house and replace all of my windows which unfortunately were botched from a prior contractor. In addition to making my house look amazing the Boston exterior team does an incredible job of providing ideas and designs you didn’t even know you wanted. The end result was incredible. My neighbors are always complimenting how awesome the house looks. Another aspect that makes them so great is we had a leaky basement door which wasn’t even in the scope of work and they took care of it without even asking for additional payment. Truly awesome workers and more importantly great people. Please do yourself a favor and make them your first call for any of your roofing/siding jobs. You will not be disappointed.

We have a 1920s Craftsman Bungalow that had an aging tile roof and plenty of exterior wood rot in need of fixing. It’s quite rare to find tile roofs in this part of the country and my wife and I spent years trying to find a contractor who would help us either repair or replace it. Other contractors had ghosted us after coming to see it! We wanted to work with someone who would be willing and able to restore a 100-year-old home with a level of craftsmanship that matches the original exterior aesthetic.I’m so glad we found Boston Exteriors!Joe and Luis and the team took on the job and did beautiful work replacing the roof, repairing the crown molding and other exterior detailing that was in need of love. They also rebuilt our upstairs balcony with custom curved railings, to match the original, and did a full house scrape, sand, and repaint.We found them easy to work with. We felt they listened to what we had to say and were quick to respond to our questions and feedback. With an old home, repairs are rarely straightforward and this job was no exception. We were lucky to have found Boston Exteriors and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Though at this point our condo association has not moved forward with the work, I wanted to write a positive review based on the time, care and effort Joe has put into the estimate process. Joe has been out to our place three times (once in freezing, pouring rain), each time arriving exactly on time, patiently and thoughtfully answering all our questions (again and again), going through multiple options with us, and listening to all our concerns. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has a true passion for improving homes in a way that is safe and beautiful, meeting all the current standards as well as the owners' needs. I really appreciate the time Joe has spent talking us through our potential projects.
